Job Title:Receptionist

Industry: Real estate

Location: gandhinagar, Kudasan

Job Type:Full-time

Experience Required:1 to 3 Years

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in clients, channel partners, and visitors professionally
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to property inquiries
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Schedule meetings and property site visit appointments
Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for lead management and follow-ups
Maintain client databases, inquiry records, and documentation
Handle emails, courier services, and office communication
Support administrative and day-to-day office coordination activities
Ensure reception and waiting area are clean and well maintained
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic client queries

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer handling and front desk management abilities
Professional telephone etiquette and presentable personality
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
Graduate in any discipline preferred
1–3 years of receptionist/front office experience preferred
Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage
