1) Client Company : Service Provider
2) Position : Receptionist/ Back Office
3) Experience Required: 0 - 2 Years
4) Salary Negotiable : 12k to 15k
5) Job Location : Shahibaug, Ahmedabad
6) Job Description :

Call Management 

1. Forward daily Eaton calls to the Engineer team.

2. Respond to Eaton incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.

Office Administration

1. Manage office couriers and Eaton spares (registered and maintained).

2. Maintain Engineer attendance and daily call reports.

3. Maintain sweeper attendance records (daily).

Follow-ups and Reporting

1. Follow up with Engineers regarding call reports and photos.

2. Track Eaton installation pending calls.

3. Prepare 1-phase and 3-phase claim reports (1st-5th of every month).

Logging and Tracking

1. Log installation calls, PM calls, BD calls for 3-phase and 1-phase.

2. Track service payment follow-ups.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Ensure timely coordination with the Engineer team.

2. Maintain organized records and files.

3. Provide administrative support as needed.
