We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Female Receptionist cum Data Entry Operator to manage front desk operations and handle basic data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and greet visitors
Maintain visitor records and front desk register
Perform data entry and maintain records in Excel/CRM
Manage office emails and correspondence
Assist in administrative and office coordination tasks
Maintain files, documents, and reports
Skills Required
Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
Communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic typing speed
Professional behavior and presentable personality
Organizational and multitasking skills
Additional Requirements
Candidate should be punctual and disciplined
Prior experience in real estate / office admin (preferred but not mandatory)
