Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls to concerned departments
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Respond to basic email inquiries and forward important messages
Coordinate with internal teams for meeting arrangements and visitor management
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Handle couriers, deliveries, and office supplies coordination
Provide general support to HR and management when required
Required Skills:
Basic to good English communication skills
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Good telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
Presentable and professional appearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or pursuing graduation
Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (preferred but not mandatory)
