Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Industry: Automobile

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner

Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department

Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules

Manage front desk operations and ensure a clean reception area

Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries

Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, data entry, filing, etc.)

Requirements:

Minimum Graduate (preferred)

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Presentable personality and positive attitude

Prior experience in receptionist/front desk role is an advantage
