Job Summary:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming communications, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the organization
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Coordinate with other departments as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
