The Clinic Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations with professionalism and care.
Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Register patients and update personal, medical, and insurance information
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a polite and professional manner
Handle billing support tasks such as collecting payments, issuing receipts, and coordinating with billing staff
Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff
Manage front-desk supplies and keep the reception area clean and organized
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare setting preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, appointment systems, or clinic software)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Understanding of patient confidentiality and clinic protocols
Work at the clinic front desk
May require shift work depending on clinic hours
Frequent interaction with patients and medical staff

Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
