We are looking for an experienced and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hotel reception experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle guest interactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist hotel guests during check-in and check-out.
Handle room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
Manage front desk operations and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
Process payments and maintain billing records.
Ensure a positive guest experience at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hotel reception/front office experience.
Knowledge of hotel PMS software preferred.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
