We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will welcome visitors, answer phone calls, manage appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Respond to emails and general inquiries.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes when required.
Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate with different departments to assist visitors and employees.
Order and maintain office supplies.
