We are looking for a Front Desk & Operations Assistant to join our team at Little Starz Playzone to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹7000 - ₹10000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

Keep playzone clean and safe for the children to play. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

The candidate must be residing within 1 km from Little Starz playzone. The minimum qualification for this role is 10th. Other required skills include basic understanding of computer operation, multitasking and time-management. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in verbal communication. They should keep the playzone clean and safe for children to play. Work timings are 10 AM to 1.30 PM and 4.30 to 9.30 PM. There will be break between 1.30 PM to 4.30 PM. 1 week off during the weekdays between Monday to Thursday.
