Job Description – Receptionist
Position: Receptionist
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1 Hour
Weekly Off / Special Day: Wednesdays
Facilities: Food and Transportation Provided
Key Responsibilities:
Visitor Management
Welcome, greet, and assist visitors entering the premises.
Maintain visitor entry records and issue visitor passes.
Ensure all guests follow security and office protocols.
Front Desk & Communication
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
Handle inquiries from visitors, customers, and employees.
Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries.
Computer & Administrative Work
Maintain and update records in the computer system.
Manage emails, document filing, and data entry tasks.
Assist with routine office administrative duties as required.
Customer Service
Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.
Provide support and guidance to visitors and clients efficiently.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations.
Professional and presentable appearance.
