Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately.

• Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.

• Coordinate with couriers, receive packages/documents, and ensure timely distribution.

• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready for meetings.

• Handle general administrative duties like photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing.

• Monitor and manage front office supplies and inventory.

• Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email.

• Coordinate with internal departments and assist the HR/Admin team as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in a front desk/receptionist role.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi – Marathi preferred).

• Professional attitude and appearance.

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Customer-service attitude.
