Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately.
Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
Coordinate with couriers, receive packages/documents, and ensure timely distribution.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready for meetings.
Handle general administrative duties like photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing.
Monitor and manage front office supplies and inventory.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email.
Coordinate with internal departments and assist the HR/Admin team as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in a front desk/receptionist role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi – Marathi preferred).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer-service attitude.
