Job Summary:
We are looking for a polished and personable Luxury Receptionist to be the face of our high-end furniture, bath, kitchen and décor showroom. This role is central to creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere for discerning clientele, interior designers, and industry professionals. You will make the first impression of our brand, combining service excellence with deep product knowledge and aesthetic sensitivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients, designers, and visitors with warmth, elegance, and professionalism.
- Provide an impeccable front-of-house experience that aligns with the brand’s luxury standards.
- Manage showroom appointments, client visits, and design consultations.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and showroom inquiries with promptness and refined communication.
- Maintain a pristine and visually cohesive reception and front showroom area.
- Support sales and design consultants by coordinating meetings and preparing client materials.
- Assist with hospitality services including refreshments and VIP guest experiences.
- Maintain client confidentiality and manage high-profile clientele with discretion.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and showroom calendar coordination.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a luxury retail or showroom environment, preferably in furniture, kitchen, bath, décor, interior design, or hospitality.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Wellgroomed, polished appearance with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.
- Comfortable working with discerning clients and high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or POS systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
