Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area

• Handle mail: receive, sort, and distribute daily correspondence and packages

• Update calendars, schedule meetings, and manage basic travel arrangements

• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records

• Coordinate with other hotel departments as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities

• Polite, well-groomed, and presentable at all times

• Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
