As a Front Desk Officer cum Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation. Duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the academy. You will also coordinate front-desk
activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Multitasking skill is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Student Interaction: Greeting visitors, managing inquiries, directing calls, handling admissions/fees.
Administrative Tasks: Attendance tracking, data entry, managing emails, back-office work, basic computer/internet.
Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel), typing, internet, sometimes institute-specific software.
