Job Responsibilities

• Manage the reception and front-desk operations of the academy.

• Welcome students, parents, visitors, and new enquiries professionally.

• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, walk-ins, trial class bookings, and follow-ups.

• Explain academy programs, fees, timings, offers, and admission procedures.

• Maintain student admission records, attendance, fee records, and daily reports.

• Coordinate with coaches and management regarding classes, students, and schedules.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Handle basic cash/online payment collection and maintain payment records.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

• Support day-to-day administrative and promotional activities.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp, email, etc.

• Presentable, polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow academy SOPs.

• Prior experience in reception, sales, fitness, gym, school, or customer service will be an advantage.
