We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for clients, guests, and staff.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Coordinate with internal departments to relay messages and appointments.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order items when necessary.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
