We are looking for a pleasant and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company and should provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and clients.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Maintain visitor log and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Take messages and share them with concerned employees
Provide basic and accurate company information
Maintain office records and documentation
Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
Coordinate with housekeeping and office maintenance staff
Support HR/Admin in daily office activities
Monitor official email inbox and forward emails to relevant teams
Handle basic inquiries from clients and vendors
Maintain contact database
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Professional attitude and presentable personality
Multitasking and time-management ability
Customer-service mindset
Minimum: Graduate / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers can apply)
(Mention shift timing – e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday)
