Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, as well as take messages.
Scheduling & Admin: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings/appointments, and provide administrative support (filing, data entry, scanning).
Security & Safety: Monitor reception security by controlling access (visitor logs, badges) and maintaining a clean, orderly, and professional-looking front desk.
Mail & Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail.
Office Support: Monitor and order office supplies, and coordinate with maintenance for facility upkeep.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong professional demeanor, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
