Front Desk Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls
Maintain visitor records and gate passes
Manage courier dispatch and receipt
Maintain reception area cleanliness and decorum
Admin Responsibilities:
Assist in documentation and filing work
Handle basic data entry and record maintenance
Calling Responsibilities:
Make follow-up calls to clients/candidates
Coordinate interviews and appointments
Maintain call records and update reports
Provide basic information about company services
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Presentable personality
Polite and professional behavior
Multitasking ability
Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
