Role Summary
We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and personable Receptionist to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, ensure smooth visitor management, and provide professional administrative support across the office.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and guests in a warm, professional manner and direct them appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous fashion.
• Manage front-desk activities including maintaining visitor logs and issuing access badges.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier dispatches, and deliveries.
• Perform basic computer tasks including data entry, document preparation, and managing shared calendars.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
• Provide general administrative support to internal departments as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High degree of confidence and a positive, approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet browsing.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a front-desk or customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Graduate in any discipline (minimum qualification).
Eligibility Criteria
• Age: 20 – 30 years.
• Gender: Females
• Fluency in English and Kannada; knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage.
