We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Admin cum Receptionist to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and front-desk operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and route phone calls.
Manage visitor logs, courier packages, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Support HR/Accounts teams with basic administrative tasks as required.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and databases.
Ensure office equipment (printers, phones, etc.) is functioning properly.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
Assist in organizing office events or meetings.
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality and customer-service attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
