We are looking for a professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and business associates at our corporate office.

Position: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

1.Welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and professional attitude.

2.Manage the front desk and ensure a positive first impression of the company.

3.Handle incoming telephone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate departments, and take messages accurately.

4.Manage visitor entries and maintain the visitor log.

5.Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the management team.

6.Receive and distribute courier deliveries, parcels, and official correspondence.

7.Maintain office records, filing systems, and front office documentation.

8.Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and document preparation.

9.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.

10.Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

1.Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.

2.1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive in an office, corporate, or business setup.

3.Experience in handling front office operations and customer interactions will be preferred.

Required Skills

1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

2.Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

3.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

4.Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email communication.

5.Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.

6.Strong organizational and time management skills.

7.Professional attitude with attention to detail.
