Position: Telecaller cum Receptionist Department: Front Office
Location: Lower Parel, East Mumbai
Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Reporting To: HR Manager / Admin Head
CTC / Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)
Job Summary:
The Telecaller cum Receptionist will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage front desk operations, coordinate interviews/appointments, and provide administrative support to HR and operations.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Make outbound calls for inquiries, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and appointments.
Handle inbound calls professionally.
Share accurate information about services and job openings.
Maintain call records and daily reports.
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations.
Maintain visitor register and handle couriers/documents.
Assist HR/Admin with records, interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.
Basic Requirements / Eligibility:
Fluent in English (Hindi/Marathi preferred).
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and email.
Basic working knowledge of AI tools.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Presentable and customer-friendly.
Graduate (any stream).
Willing to work from Lower Parel.
Driving license is an added advantage.
Experience:
0 to 2 years experience.
