Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and support general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Handle visitor entries, maintain visitor logs, and ensure guest comfort.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier and mail.
Administrative Support:
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking conference rooms.
Support HR and Accounts teams with documentation and filing.
Handle petty cash and maintain related records.
Office Coordination:
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records if required.
Support event arrangements, travel bookings, and logistics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–2 years of experience in front office or admin roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Smart personality, positive attitude, and good organizational skills.
