We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Front Office Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and prior experience in front office or customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Assist in managing the front desk operations efficiently, including answering calls and directing inquiries
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain schedules
• Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Provide accurate information and assistance to clients and internal teams
• Support other departments as needed for smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and presentable appearance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior experience in hospitality or real estate is highly preferred
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Depending on shift / event schedules (typically 8–9 hours per day, Monday-Friday) Saturdays will be working only on the days of the client/management meetings.
