Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist with basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to interact with clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry procedures.
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, packages, and mail.
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Coordinate with internal teams for visitor meetings and appointments.
Handle basic office supplies and maintain inventory at the front desk.
Required Skills
Fresher to 6 months of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
Basic organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Good telephone etiquette.
Ability to interact professionally with visitors and clients.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional office environment.
