Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies, Shipping, HR or related field preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in Marine Company, Shipping Company, Manning Agency or Crew Management environment
Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month + Incentives
Laptop: Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and coordinate with seafarers regarding career and employment opportunities

• Handle marine crew recruitment and placement enquiries

• Coordinate interviews, documentation and joining formalities

• Maintain crew and candidate records

• Coordinate with vessel owners, ship management companies and recruitment teams

• Follow up regarding medicals, certificates and joining documentation

• Assist in crew planning and deployment

• Maintain professional communication with seafarers and company representatives

Required Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong knowledge of marine recruitment and crew management

• Understanding of seafarer documentation and recruitment procedures

• Strong counselling, convincing and coordination skills

• Professional and confident personality

• Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills

• Good computer knowledge

Relocation & PG Facility – Crew Manager Only
