Job Title: OPD Receptionist
Location: Sector-44 gurgaon
Job Summary:
The OPD Receptionist is responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations in the outpatient department.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors at the reception desk.
Schedule and manage doctor appointments.
Register new patients and update patient records in the system.
Answer phone calls and provide basic information about services and timings.
Collect consultation fees and issue receipts (if applicable).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for patient flow.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Hospital software).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, patient-friendly, and well-organized.
Previous experience in a clinic or hospital reception is a plus.
Working Hours:
As per hospital/clinic OPD timings.
