Job Title: Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and communication-skilled Receptionist Cum Telecaller to handle front desk operations along with telecalling responsibilities. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will also manage inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk operations and greet visitors professionally

• Answer and direct incoming calls to the concerned department

• Make outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups or lead generation

• Maintain visitor records and call logs

• Schedule appointments and meetings

• Handle basic administrative tasks (emails, data entry, filing)

• Provide accurate information about company services/products

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate / HSC

• Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with good communication can apply)

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
