At the first point of contact, the Front Desk Executive plays a crucial role in sleeping the patient experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Role Summary

 We are looking for a well-presented, patient-friendly, and organized Front Desk Executive to manage reception duties, coordinate appointments, and support administrative functions at your wellness centre. You’ll be the welcoming face of Arigato, ensuring ever patient’s journey begins with care and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

·        Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

·        Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently.

·        Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and messages courteously and promptly.

·        Maintain patient records and update details in the hospital management system.

·        Coordinate between departments – physiotherapy, nursing and pharmacy – for smooth workflow.

·        Support billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.

·        Manage front office supplies, cleanliness, and patient waiting area organization

·        Assist patients with registration, feedback, and documentation.

·        Maintain confidentiality and ensure a pleasant, calm environment for all visitors.

·        Support the supervisor in administrative and reporting activities as needed.
