We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Group Landmark pvt ltd to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Booking and confirming appointments for vehicle servicing, test drives, and sales consultations using dealership management systems (DMS).
Processing payments for vehicle repairs or parts, issuing receipts, and reconciling cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Conducting follow-up calls after vehicle deliveries or repairs to collect customer satisfaction data and assist the CRM team.
Maintaining basic knowledge of the vehicle lineup and current promotions to answer preliminary customer questions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
