Greet clients with a positive, welcoming attitude.
Manage client check-in/check-out processes.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Provide accurate information about slimming, wellness, and beauty treatments.
Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality.
Schedule and confirm appointments using CRM/software.
Maintain daily client records, follow-ups, reminders, and feedback tracking.
Coordinate with consultants, therapists, and branch managers for smooth clinic operations.
Manage front office cleanliness, ambiance, and display materials.
Support sales team by generating leads from walk-ins and incoming inquiries.
Upsell/ cross-sell slimming & wellness packages when required.
Assist in billing, invoice preparation, and payment processing.
Maintain attendance sheets, forms, documents, and daily MIS reports.
Monitor stock levels for front-office consumables.
Handle basic administrative tasks and coordination with the operations team.
Experience: 1–3 years in Front Office / Reception / Customer Support (Healthcare, Slimming, Beauty, Spa preferred).
Education: Any degree / Diploma in hospitality or related fields preferred.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil/Hindi).
