Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth patient/visitor experience. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients/visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them appropriately
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Maintain patient/visitor records and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Handle billing support and basic administrative tasks
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, billing software)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
Experience in clinic/hospital setup
Knowledge of patient handling and appointment systems
Multilingual (Hindi & English)
