We are looking for a Receptionist Executive to join our team at Nash Homeoplex to perform a variety of clinical tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people , handling oncall patients enquiries, answering their queries, taking appointments, etc.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹24000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist calls and queries and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Receive, sort, and distribute daily appointments and followup with them.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
