We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and HR Assistant to support our administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities while assisting in managing HR processes, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (physical and digital).
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and assist with audits.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Maintain and update marketing databases, customer information, and reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Liaise with clients and distributors to provide information and address inquiries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in administrative and/or marketing roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of social media platforms.
