We are looking for a Receptionist Executive to join our team at IITian's Career Academy to perform office management tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the institute premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing staff and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5,000 - ₹7,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Update classes schedule, meetings, etc.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in Computer and 1 - 2 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
