Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests, visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Manage the reception/front desk and ensure a positive visitor experience.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
Manage visitor entries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Handle guest queries and provide necessary assistance.
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and guest requirements.
Maintain visitor records, reception documents, and other administrative records.
Receive and distribute courier, mail, and other documents.
Support basic administrative and office coordination activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Handle guest complaints or concerns politely and escalate when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Good telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational and coordination skills.
