Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments using hotel software, keeping accurate records.
Resolve guest complaints promptly, coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations
Additional Duties maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, promoting hostel amenities and local attractions to boost occupancy.
Monitor budgets, inventory supplies, and support marketing efforts tailored to Pune's local talent needs.
