We are Hiring for Leading CoLoving Space Brand.

Location- Gurugram

Job title - Property Manager

Shift- Day

•Local candidate from Gurgaon/ South Delhi preferred

•Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities

-Manage daily operations of assigned Flock Co Living property

-Handle tenant onboarding & exit (check-in, check-out, documentation)

-Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on dues

-Act as the primary point of contact for residents

-Handle and resolve resident complaints professionally

-Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff

-Manage vendors for repairs, utilities, and services

-Ensure cleanliness, safety, and property standards are maintained

-Maintain inventory (furniture, appliances, linen, etc.)

-Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports and share with management

-Ensure compliance with company SOPs and local regulations

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

-Good Experience in Property Management / PG / Co-Living / Facility Management

-Strong communication and people-handling skills

-Experience in rent collection and resident management

-Basic knowledge of maintenance and vendor coordination

-Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets / property management apps
