Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director (MD)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily administrative and executive tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Handle emails, correspondence, and confidential documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
4–10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
