This is a target-based position with a fixed monthly salary along with performance-based incentives. You will be given weekly and monthly targets, mainly related to calling prospective clients, following up with leads, converting interested prospects, and maintaining proper records/data of all communication and follow-ups.
Along with this business/sales responsibility, you will also work as my Personal Assistant, handling and coordinating my personal and professional requirements, scheduling, communication, documentation, follow-ups, basic administrative work, and other tasks as required.
So, this is a multifunctional role combining Receptionist + Sales/Business Development + Personal Assistant responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should therefore have:
• Good communication skills
• Confidence in making calls and speaking with clients
• Basic computer/Excel skills
• Good organizational and follow-up ability
• A target-oriented and responsible attitude
• Flexibility to handle both professional and personal-assistance tasks
