Job Description:
The Personal Assistant will coordinate with the Managing Director (MD) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role focuses on organizing the MD’s work, managing priorities, and providing timely reminders to keep tasks on track.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate directly with the Managing Director on daily tasks and schedules
• Organize the MD’s worklist, meetings, and appointments
• Remind the MD of high-priority tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Maintain records, notes, and important documents
• Act as a communication link between the MD and internal team
Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email handling
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
