We are looking for a Personal Assistant Of Owner As a part of this job, Candidate will be Cooperative, Supportive, Compromising, Frankly & Open Minded For Personal Work. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 + incentive and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Owners All Office and Personal Work.
Candidate will be Cooperative, Supportive, Frankly & Open Minded For Personal Work.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
