Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and schedules.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and business events.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursement records.
Conduct research and compile information for decision-making purposes.
