The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior management or executives. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive’s office.
Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Maintain confidential files and sensitive information
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Assist in planning events and official engagements
Perform general administrative and office support duties
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
