Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CCO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and official correspondence in English.
Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs, and basic documentation as required.
Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Maintain records, files, and documents (physical and digital).
Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Support day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks assigned by the CCO.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of operating systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good interpersonal skills and professional personality.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience:
Experience not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills and confidence may apply.
Other Requirements:
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in conduct.
