We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Reet Electronics to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome customers and greet people who visit the showroom. Besides this, you will also handle kitchen & tasks like managing mails, msgs and forwarding phone calls. The position offers growth opportunities as your skills to mantain office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers and ensure they are directed correctly.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area in showroom with necessary stationery supplies.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
• Update stock & documents like sale & purchase.
• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
