Role: Personal Assistant to the Founder (Male)
Location: PM Publishers HQ, Noida/Delhi
Reporting to: Founder & Director, Mr. Rajesh Bajaj
Key Responsibilities
Diary & Travel Management: Maintain the Founder’s calendar; arrange domestic and international travel—including bookings, itineraries, visas, and accommodations; occasionally accompany him on trips; ensure smooth transitions and punctuality.
Communication & Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary point of contact; screen calls, emails, and correspondence; filter and escalate information appropriately.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, collect briefing materials, take minutes, and follow‑up on deliverables.
Personal Errands & Support: Manage tasks like bill payments, personal shopping, and family logistics to free up the Founder’s time.
Research & Administration: Conduct background research; prepare succinct reports and presentations; maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Liaison & Representation: Interact with internal teams and external stakeholders; welcome visitors; act as the Founder's representative when needed.
Special Projects: Support ad‑hoc initiatives, including event coordination, workshops, and CSR drives.
Confidentiality & Trust: Handle sensitive information discreetly with the utmost professionalism.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–7 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably in the publishing, education, or media sector.
Skills:
Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication
Tech-savvy: MS Office, Google Workspace, travel systems
Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
Attributes:
Proactive, problem-solving, and anticipating needs
Socially polished: able to interact with senior leadership
Flexible: open to occasional travel and extended working hours

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Postgraduate qualifications advantageous
Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi strongly preferred
Experienced in managing domestic and international travel logistics
