Manage and maintain day-to-day office operations and routine work
Handle office documentation, files, and records
Attend meetings on behalf of the company and ensure proper follow-up
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
Generate new business and bring new work/projects for the company
Possess basic knowledge of accounts (billing, payments, follow-ups, Excel, etc.)
Have basic technical knowledge related to office/IT/operations
Assist the Director in managing daily work, schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
